AOL announced today that it would be hosting the 5th Annual Super Sunday Ad Poll. Fans will be to watch, vote and share their favorite Super Bowl commercials at AOL Sports. The ad poll will start after kick-off and the winning commercial will be revealed on Monday after the game.

Last years winner of the ad poll was Budweisers's "Streaker" ad. Viewers streamed the commercial nearly 42 million times in the week after the game. When the polls close fans of Super Bowl commercials will still be able to view and share their favorite ads online.

AOL Sports will have additional coverage of Super Bowl XLI that will include Sports Bloggers Live, an interactive sports web radio show, thoughts from the FanHouse bloggers and highlights from the Super Bowl over the past forty years.

"Gone are the days of staying glued to the television for game coverage," said Neal Scarbrough, Editor and General Manager, AOL Sports. "Instead, today's sports fans are enhancing their game viewing experience by logging on to the Internet for additional video coverage and live blog commentary."

Anheuser Busch has topped the AOL Super Sunday Ad Poll the past three years. It's also worth noting that they have also spent the most on advertising as reported by colleague Chris Richardson here. The last time a company other than Anheuser Busch won the AOL ad poll was in 2003 when Pepsi was the favorite for their Twist ad featuring the Osbournes.

Scarbrough added," AOL Sports has always provided fans with interactive, innovative and informative Super Bowl programming and this year's coverage will build upon that tradition with live online radio broadcasts, FanHouse blogs and the ever-popular Super Sunday Ad Poll."
