Brian Collins, James Posca and Chris Maragos have been granted area development rights to open 34 QuikDrop eBay drop-off stores.

They are in Allegheny, Beaver, Butler, Washington, and West Mooreland Counties in Pennsylvania; and Ashtabula, Cuyahoga, Lake Lorain, Mahoning, Medina, Portage, Richard, Stark, Summit, Trumbull, and Wayne Counties in Ohio.

QuikDrop franchise opportunities are available in these areas immediately. The first Pennsylvania based QuikDrop store will open in December.

QuikDrop eBay drop-off stores provide an easy way for anyone to sell their items on eBay simply and conveniently. New or used items with a value of $50 or more can be dropped off at any QuikDrop location, where they are photographed and placed on eBay. Once sold, QuikDrop handles the payment and shipping details with the winning bidder. The customer receives a check in the mail for the full amount of the sale, less a commission to QuikDrop.

"What other business can you own with little overhead, no inventory, and no accounts receivable?" says Mr. Collins. "eBay is a global economy that QuikDrop uses to create jobs locally."

Chris Maragos states, "I have researched many other franchises and owned previous franchises, but I have never seen an opportunity quite like this. My experience tells me that QuikDrop is a very sound franchise opportunity with potential that surpasses all others."

QuikDrop pioneered the eBay drop-off store franchise business model and was the first company to obtain state approval to operate eBay drop-off store franchises in the United States. QuikDrop opened the very first eBay drop-off store franchise in August 2003. Since that time, eighteen QuikDrop locations have opened in nine states. Franchise contracts are currently in place to open over 500 stores in the United States and 100 stores internationally. QuikDrop is the largest and fastest growing chain of stores specializing in selling products on eBay for third parties in the United States. QuikDrop is the only eBay drop-off store franchise operating locations overseas.
