FindWhat.com To Merge With ESpotting
After over a year of discussion and delays that stretched anticipation for months, FindWhat.com, a leader in performance-driven marketing, has finally signed an amended merger agreement with eSpotting Media Inc., which was voted "Best European Paid Placement Service" by Search Engine Watch Awards.
This international merger promises to offer paid listings to 12 countries across 3 continents and expects to have over 100,000 relationships with businesses around the globe. Craig Pisaris-Henderson, chairman and CEO of FindWhat.com, says the agreement "changes the landscape in our industry and creates a new international leader in the performance-based Internet marketing and commerce enabling market sectors." FindWhat.com also announced yesterday that they received record results for the fourth quarter of 2003, with a revenue increase of 57% versus the previous year. Q4 2003 marks FindWhat.com's seventeenth sequential increase in revenue and their eleventh sequential increase in pre-tax income.
