Connie Verkade's review of inexpensivescrubs.com

First of all: I live in Europe, so perhaps some of the words I object to are perfectly okay in the US. Anyway, here goes:
'Inexpensive' to me has the same meaning as 'cheap'. And cheap
often is associated with inferior quality. I am not a nurse
and the word scrubs doesn't mean anything to me. I see some
relation with backrubs(?), so I get the idea this could be a
18+ site. Maybe 'quality hospital wear' or 'quality medical
uniforms' is better.
When I open the site I don't see any pictures, only a lot of small text. I have to scroll down to find out what it's all about. I'd prefer to see the picture of the uniforms, the colors and prices right away.
I don't like your return policy. It's always a risk for a customer to buy clothes from a mail-order catalogue or the internet, because you cannot see and feel the fabric. So when I am buying through the internet I am taking a risk. And I won't take that risk because of your 15% restocking charge. Not because of the money I might loose, but because I feel you don't trust me (unwashed, unaltered??). It also irritates me that if you ship an item in error, you state that you will replace it FREE. You don't really think that I would pay for your mistakes, do you?
On your size chart you state "clothing size (F)". Does the F mean female? If so, where are the male sizes?
Some of the models look very ill at ease. Perhaps because their feet are cut off in the picture? Get professionals.
When looking for 'sets tunik' and 'warmup jackets' I got the message that the site was shut down by the network administrator. The possible reasons mentioned would stop me from buying anything at this store. Get another provider!
At this site I get the feeling that I am in the hospital with an old stubborn nurse watching over me. No visitors, terrible food, awful medication and lights out at eight!
