Mark Jen Blogs Again
Although he was recently fired by Google for comments he made in his ninetyninezeros blog, Mark Jen has started making entries into his blog again.
His blog, which now features AdSense advertisements, has been the source of many editorials, most of which offer support to Mark and his blog. They also discuss the repercussions of Google's decision.
Undaunted by the firing, Jen returned to making entries into his blog yesterday. Mark is also capitalizing on his newfound popularity by featuring Google AdSense ads (ironically, this was the department Jen worked for while at Google).
His newest post:
what's going on?
hi everyone. it's been a hectic two weeks but i'll have some new posts ready soon. if you want up to the minute updates, just subscribe to my RSS feed. in the meantime, to take advantage of the traffic, i've added adsense to my website on the sidebar. don't worry, all proceeds will be going to charity :).
also, i want to thank those in the community that have been so supportive. for those who are leaving disparaging comments: if you want to have a real conversation, i'm open. don't be an anonymous troll - stand behind what you say and put your email address on it.
In case you missed it, Mark was recently hired then fired by Google for making comments about the company in his blog. Receive
